HOW DO YOU GIVE US CONSENT TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
When you provide us with personal information for a primary purpose such as making a purchase, credit application, processing a debit order, arranging a delivery, processing a return or refund, we assume that you are consenting to us collecting and using that information for the intended purpose.
If however, we want to send you marketing information, which is classified as a secondary purpose, we will require your express consent. This means that you will always be presented with the option of accepting or declining our collection of your personal information for marketing purposes.

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. To ensure the security of your personal information, and to avoid loss, damage, unauthorised access or use, we regularly review our security systems and processes to ensure that they adhere to POPIA data protection regulations and industry best practices.
The following organizational and technical measures are in place to protect your information:
• Training of our staff on the protection of information and the POPI Act occurs regularly.
• Our employment contracts contain a confidentiality clause, and we have strict disciplinary measures to deal with non-compliance.
• We allow access to your personal information only to those staff who need it to complete their job functions.
• All data is stored in an encrypted format and only authorised personal having access to the decryption keys.
• All servers, with stored data are secured and only accessible by authorised personal.
• All servers are protected by firewalls, that are constantly reviewed and upgraded. Firewalls are independently audited by a trusted third party to ensure alignment with international best practices.

Yes, we may need to update or change this Statement from time to time. You can always view the latest version of our privacy policy on our website. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you via the normal method of communicating with our customers and will also clearly indicate it on our website.
